One arrives as a single number on a text message, another as three pages of trade jargon, and neither says what it leaves out — so the cheapest bid is usually the one that quietly excluded the most work, and the difference only surfaces as a change order halfway through the job. ## How it works 1. **Describe the work** — Pick a trade, add the property or properties, and describe the job in plain language. Photos, videos, plans and spec documents attach to the project or to one specific property. 2. **Approve the drafted scope** — Quotrium drafts a line-by-line scope of work against the standard obligations of that trade, flags its own assumptions and the things it could not know, and waits for you to edit and approve it.
